Do I have to connect my channels myself?
For Discord and Telegram, yes, and it takes about two minutes. You paste your own Discord webhook URL or Telegram chat ID directly into The One App, no developer needed. If you would rather not do this step yourself, our Integrations Team can walk you through generating the webhook or chat ID on a support call.
Can I post explicit content to social channels?
No. Social Auto-posting must respect the content rules of each connected platform. It should not be used to push explicit content into places where it does not belong or where it is not permitted.
Does my post go to all channels at once?
Yes, when multiple channels are connected and selected, the update goes to all of them in one action. You can also choose which channels receive each update.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes. Updates can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date and time from The One App.
What happens if a social platform restricts my post?
Platform restrictions are outside our control. Social Auto-posting helps you publish, but each platform applies its own rules to incoming content after posting.
Does this replace having a social media presence?
No. Social Auto-posting is a distribution layer that helps your Pulse updates travel further. You still have your own presence on each platform. This tool reduces the manual work of reposting the same update across channels.
