Email Your Fans Without
Depending on Social Platforms.
Social reach can disappear overnight. Your email list should not. Email Broadcasts let you send direct updates to the fans who have chosen to hear from you. Promote drops, announce events, share news, launch offers, and reactivate your audience from The One App without needing every message to become a public post.
Your Email List Is One of the Few
Audience Assets You Actually Own.
Followers are not the same as owned audience. A fan can follow you on five platforms and still never see your update. Algorithms decide what appears. Platforms decide which links are allowed. Accounts can be restricted, shadowed, or removed.
Email gives you a more direct line. When someone joins your list, they are not just passing by. They are giving you a way to reach them again.
Send Campaigns Directly
to Your Subscribers.
Email Broadcasts turn your Pulse subscriber list into a real audience channel.
Fan Announcements
Send updates when something important changes, without relying on an algorithm to deliver the message.
Vault Promotions
Promote new paid content, memberships, drops, private offers, or limited-time access directly to subscribers.
Merch Campaigns
Announce product drops, restocks, discounts, bundles, or seasonal campaigns at the right moment.
Event Reminders
Send reminders before shows, streams, travel dates, appearances, or limited windows.
Segmented Emails
Send different messages to different groups when segmentation is active on your account.
Campaign Analytics
Track sends, opens, clicks, and campaign performance where available.
Post Publicly When You Want.
Email Privately When You Need To.
Email Broadcasts should not force every message to become a website feed post. Some updates should be public. Some should only go to subscribers.

Adult Creators Need Audience Tools
That Understand Risk.
Adult creators cannot always use mainstream marketing tools the same way other businesses do. Email Broadcasts are designed to sit inside the Horizon system, where public-facing content, approved links, subscriber capture, and campaign distribution can be handled with more care.
This does not mean anything goes. It means your audience system is built with adult-industry constraints in mind from the start.
Cam models, feature entertainers, Vault sellers, and merch creators all use Email Broadcasts to reach the fans who chose to hear from them, directly and without an algorithm in the way.
Every Creator Gets a Dedicated
Sending Domain — Fully Isolated.
On shared email platforms, your sending reputation sits in a pool with thousands of other senders. One bad actor on the same platform can drag down your inbox placement, raise your spam scores, and damage the deliverability of emails you spent time crafting.
Horizon does not work that way. Every creator is provisioned their own verified sending subdomain — for example, mg.yourdomain.com — with full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. Your open rates, complaint scores, and sender reputation belong entirely to your account.
notifications@yourdomain.com — not from a shared platform address that subscribers do not recognise.Pay for Broadcast Volume
When You Need It.
Subscriber capture begins as part of the Horizon audience system. Broadcast sending is a paid add-on because email volume creates real delivery cost.
Final allowances, pricing, and sending rules may depend on account status, compliance, sending reputation, and platform configuration.
Pulse Collects Your Audience.
Email Broadcasts Reach Them.
You manage the campaign from The One App, choose whether it is public or private, select the audience, write the message, and send or schedule when ready.

Questions.
Do I need a subscriber list to start?
Yes. Email Broadcasts send to your Pulse subscriber list. Pulse subscriber capture works as part of your Horizon website and Mini Link so you can start building your list before you need to send.
Can I send to all subscribers or just a segment?
You can send to your full list or, when segmentation is active, to a specific group. Segments allow you to send more targeted messages to different parts of your audience.
Can adult creators use standard email marketing tools?
Many mainstream email platforms restrict adult content or suspend accounts without warning. Email Broadcasts are built inside the Horizon system with adult-industry constraints in mind from the start.
Can I schedule campaigns in advance?
Yes. Campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date and time from The One App.
What counts toward my monthly email allowance?
Each individual email sent to one subscriber counts as one send. A campaign sent to 1,000 subscribers uses 1,000 of your monthly allowance.
Do I send from my own domain?
Yes. Every creator gets a dedicated sending subdomain — for example, mg.yourdomain.com — verified with full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Your sending reputation is completely separate from every other creator on the platform. A deliverability problem on someone else's account cannot affect your inbox placement.
Do I have to set this up myself?
No. Our Integrations Team configures your dedicated sending domain during onboarding. The only thing we need from you is a few DNS records added at your own domain registrar, we give you the exact records to paste in, no technical setup on your end.
Do email broadcasts also post to my website feed?
No. You choose whether an update is a public website feed post, an email to subscribers, or both. They are separate actions.
What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?
You will be notified before you hit your limit. Additional volume can be purchased or your plan can be upgraded for the following billing period.
