What does Horizon Care cost?

What counts as a change?
A change to something you already have, such as updating copy, swapping a link or image, adding a product, or adjusting a layout setting. New pages, new features, design changes and custom development are quoted separately.
What happens if I need something bigger?
Larger design changes, new features, advanced automations, new pages, migration work or custom builds can be quoted separately, or charged at $75 an hour. Care is ongoing help with what you already have, not a full build service.
Do I need Care to get updates and backups?
No. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and the platform itself are part of every plan, and Horizon Studio lets you make changes yourself at any time. Care is for the changes you would rather we made for you.
What if something on my site is broken?
If it is not working because of us, we fix it on every plan at no charge, with or without Care.
Does Care cover my whole Horizon system?
Your Care hour can be used across your Horizon Website, Broadcast, Vault, Merch, SEO, blog pages, forms and launch campaigns.
